On May 12, the 2024 China Brand Development Conference textile and clothing industry conference was held in Shanghai. At present, with the booming of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, textile, as an important applied discipline, is characterized by interdisciplinary convergence and cross-border integration of multi technologies. The innovative development of the textile industry is reflected not only in the emerging effect of new technologies, new materials and new products, but also in the driving effect of new infrastructure, new equipment and new business types. It plays an irreplaceable role in improving the national innovation system and building a scientific and technological power. Dali Silk has such innovative carriers as "National Silk Product Development Base", "China Textile Industry Industrial Design Center", provincial key enterprise design institute, provincial key research institute, etc., providing a steady stream of technical achievements for the development of enterprises. In December 2019, Dali Silk took the lead in developing an intelligent unattended black light workshop in the textile industry and put it into operation. It has realized an intelligent unattended black light workshop at night, reducing labor by 60%, and improving equipment operation rate from 75% to more than 95%;
In December 2022, the enterprise 5Gn+MES-lNA intelligent silk accessories factory will be put into full operation. The system deeply integrates the MES production management system with the fashion industry, realizes the intelligent silk accessories factory with manufacturing integration, intelligent management, data informatization and control automation, and realizes the seamless connection of the integrated production process from design, weaving, cutting, receiving and dispatching, sewing, ironing, marking to inspection and packaging. The production cycle was shortened from 30 days to 7 days, and the production capacity was increased 5-10 times.
Taking technological innovation as an example, Dali Silk has developed a one-step textile double-sided digital printing technology, and also mastered the key technology of clean water scouring of silk fabrics. Through the reform of silk fabric scouring equipment and process innovation, it has realized the recovery and extraction of sericin protein, reduced the cost of waste water treatment of silk fabric scouring, and achieved both environmental and economic benefits.
Taking design innovation as an example, Dali Silk has developed a new way to extract the color characteristics of different kinds of bird feathers together with Zhejiang University of Technology, establishing a bird feather color organization library for the entire industry, and filling the gap in domestic related products of silk fabrics with bird feather color characteristics.

In terms of green manufacturing, Dali Silk has built a solar central heating system, a boiler waste heat recovery system, a fully automatic filtering system for recycling tap water, installed an environmental friendly and energy-saving ground source central air-conditioning system, and upgraded the original sewage treatment system; Using the roof of the plant, a photovoltaic power generation system with an installed capacity of 8 MW has been built, with an annual power generation of about 8 million kilowatt hours, meeting 95% of the company's power demand; It saves about 38000 tons of standard coal annually, reduces about 50 tons of dust, reduces about 8000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, and reduces about 80 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions; The sericin protein treatment system has been matched, expanded and transformed. The newly built 3500 ton sericin protein treatment system has advanced technology and excellent equipment. After treatment, the COD discharge index of sewage discharged through pipes reaches about 30mg/L, far below the 200mg/L required for environmental protection.
In terms of green certification, Dali Silk has obtained several international certifications such as the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and the Global Recycling Standard (GRS); The plain crepe satin products were rated as national green design products; The company has been awarded "National Industrial Product Green Design Demonstration Enterprise", "Zhejiang Green Low Carbon Factory", "Zhejiang Cleaner Production Phased Achievement Enterprise", "Zhejiang Water Saving Benchmark Enterprise", "National Textile Industry Water Saving Benchmark Enterprise", "Zhejiang Ecological Civilization Education Base", "Zhejiang Industrial Circular Economy Demonstration Enterprise" and "Zhejiang Ecological Culture Base".
