Coach, the US luxury brand, has agreed to pay $1 million 750 thousand to settle an earlier class action lawsuit which alleged that the company failed to pay a reasonable fee for staff after completion of the handover.

The lawsuit was launched in the federal court of California a year ago, and Eve Miranda, a former Coach employee, said the company did not serve California.

As of last week, Coach finally led the creative director Stuart Vevers to end many years of major financial losses and regained some popularity in fashion elements. The company agreed to make compensation in accordance with the litigation provisions before the court's trial.

Both the Coach company and the plaintiff will settle the dispute on a fair and reasonable basis, but the amount of compensation is definitely lower than the $7 million 250 thousand demanded by the plaintiff.

Finally, Coach agreed to pay US $1 million 750 thousand to Eve Miranda and its members, and confidentiality of other litigation provisions.

Generally speaking, class action suits the company not to provide employees with meals and rest time, and refuses to pay overtime fees. Such cases are rampant in the fashion industry.
