After working for so many years, and mainly engaged in securities research, especially in the work of fund research, memory has always been the scene of being interviewed by others: with "artificial knife, I am a fish", "a red heart, two preparations", this seemingly heroic mindset is standing straight there, allowing people to comment and make decisions. Now think about it. In the past, there are many manifestations that are not good enough now.


This summer, my fate has changed greatly. Because of the nature of my job changing from professional to management, I need to form an independent team and recruit 20 people. I want to interview everyone who has passed the primary election. Every morning interview, afternoon interview, evening interview, continuous... The "face tyrant" is made in this way.

First, please see clearly. Recruitment notice 。 Some candidates rushed to resumes without looking at the recruitment notice. The typical mistakes were: job placement is not the right way, their basic conditions are not up to the requirements, and their majors are not right. What's more, even the matters that have been explained in the recruitment announcement should be inquired in the mail. In the recruitment announcement, I have explained that I am recruiting for the fund research center, but some of them still claim to be "respectable HR", "honorable leaders" and "company personnel department" in self recommendation books, mail and short messages, all of which are very serious injuries.


Second, since you are applying for a job, you should clarify your situation and let the recruiter know you well. In my resume, some of the basic information missing is: sex, date of birth, age, place of birth, learning experience, marriage, children, standard photos, etc. When I am interested in a job seeker and ask for some basic information, I doubt it. Such a job seeker will not be patient with him without an interviewer. The resume of job seekers can be arranged in a fixed format, and can also be prepared from the perspective of the recruiter, specifically writing a targeted resume. Do you dare to tell a person who doesn't tell you about sex, age and so on?


Third, don't be opinionated. In this recruitment, I received several English CVs, mostly for domestic accounts, domestic education, undergraduate education and so on, which were completed in China only through a year or so. The main responsibility of the fund research center I am responsible for is to study the fund market in mainland China and serve investors in the mainland of China. If we need people who are proficient in foreign languages, we will inform specific languages and clearly indicate in the recruitment announcement. Now there are a lot of returned students from abroad in Beijing. They should be down-to-earth and not overuse their "studying abroad" qualifications to show off themselves, because writing several letters is not equal to high quality, but not equal to professional competence.


Fourth, after the announcement of the recruitment announcement, I received the first batch of resumes that came quickly, and the information in their CVs was incomplete. To this end, I immediately added and emphasized the requirements for recruitment and resume, but there are still some people who "commit crimes against the wind". This shows more or less: lack of conscientiousness and lack of responsibility. Resume is the first material that the recruiter knows every candidate, so every job seekers should attach great importance to it. And now that everyone has a computer, it is necessary to save a resume and modify it at any time.


Fifth, Correct attitude 。 Candidates should be modest, sincere, courteous, generous, courteous, gentle and gentle, and never be wise or Ju Gaolin to the recruiter. For example, when I phoned someone from a different place to come to the interview, I was told by the other person: in a different place, it is best to use telephone conversations first, and feel good enough before they can come to the interview.


Add another tip: keep your cell phone on the phone; if you do not listen to it, you need to reply in time.


Sixth, pay attention to image. Some interviewees think that the interview is not suitable for work or casual wear. In order to facilitate some job seekers in this interview, I specially selected the interview time at the weekend in a hotel teahouse. The interview is my job, so I dressed myself formally. I think this is a respect for applicants. Applicants should sit in the opposite direction of the recruiter, face each other and answer every question. It's not advisable to lean, sit, sit on your legs, shake your seat, shake your body, and look around.


Seventh, serious dialogue. When the applicant answers the questions of the recruiter and expresses his personal situation, he should be concise and realistic. When dealing with professional problems, he should be clear and logical, and must not pretend to be ignorant, especially those with less qualifications and less professional experience. As far as my recruitment is concerned, there are two types of applicants: professional experience and lack of professional experience. In fact, no matter where recruitment is, the latter is the majority. Through the interview, recruiters want to know the applicant's professional level, and also want to know the applicant's personality and style.


Eighth, abide by the rules. In reality, no one is perfect, but this position needs people who have no such obvious shortcomings as far as possible. In order to become an excellent fund researcher, in addition to having solid economic and financial expertise, it is also necessary for everyone to enjoy a lonesome style of work. Moreover, research should not be preconceived, and then evidence can be found on that viewpoint. Instead, we should find out problems and form opinions by analyzing and studying those accurate, complete and comprehensive data.
