Zhang Zhaoda: maybe it's because I'm too fat. (laughter) I like black and white in my clothes. In my opinion, the upper and lower black are steady but heavy, while the upper and lower white are relaxed and casual.

Zhang Zhaoda: I think the way out for most enterprises is neither OEM nor brand, but ODM. We design, let other companies place orders, and match the latter's brand production. It is difficult to create a brand, start late, invest heavily, and have a long front line.

　　
Reporter: Mei Bang does not produce a finished garment but becomes a leader in Chinese casual wear. What do you think is the secret of success?

　　
Zhang Zhaoda: there is a move in the right direction, that is to move the US headquarters to Shanghai. It is easy to recruit elite talents.

　　
Reporter: I often hear the industry talk about the lack of master designers in Shaxi's casual wear industry. How can we break through the bottleneck of talents?

　　
Zhang Zhaoda: you can consider establishing a clothing Institute. I would like to be a counselor and do my best for my hometown.

　　
Reporter: apart from the bottleneck of talents, what bottlenecks do Shaxi and Zhongshan's garment industry need to break through? What are the expectations for the future of Zhongshan's clothing industry?

　　
Zhang Zhaoda: the clothing industry in Zhongshan has a strong strength. From Dali, Shaxi to Xiaolan and other townships, a garment industry circle has been formed. I hope Shaxi and Zhongshan will make use of their superior location advantages and many years of industrial foundation to build China's R & D center and logistics center linking domestic and international leisure clothing.
