Hashi Shimotoru (Hashimoto To Ru), who was appointed governor of Osaka Prefecture in Japan in February 2006, is currently the youngest incumbent in Japan.

Osaka is a city surrounded by water. It has a "water corridor" street. Now the repair of the wharf and the lighting project of the bridge are advancing in an orderly way.

Last summer, a representative activity, "Shuicheng Osaka 2009", was held to experience the pleasure of the river.

We hope that this exhibition in World Expo, Shanghai, will not only fully introduce the charm of "water city and Osaka", but also convey the overall charm of the Kansai area, including the surrounding areas of Osaka, and at the same time let visitors feel that they must go to see them. "Osaka"
