From January to July, the total retail sales of consumer goods of units above the designated size nationwide reached 9898.2 billion yuan, up 6.4% year on year. Among them, the retail sales of clothing, shoes and hats, knitwear and textiles of units above the designated size increased by 11.4% year on year, and the retail sales of online clothing goods of physical goods increased by 12.0% year on year.

From January to July, China's textile and clothing exports totaled US $169.8 billion, down 10.0% year on year. In July, the export of textiles and clothing was 27.1 billion US dollars, down 17.7% year on year.
