Zhejiang Furun (600070. SH) announced that the company disclosed the announcement on capital increase of wholly-owned subsidiary on August 17, 2019. The company intends to increase the capital of wholly-owned subsidiary taiyizhishang in the form of phased capital contribution, with the total amount of capital increase of 80475189 yuan, including 195248111 yuan of the first phase. On September 18, 2019, taiyizhi still completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the above capital increase, and its registered capital increased from 19524811 million yuan to 100 million yuan (Announcement No.: Lin 2019-052).

As of September 23, 2020, all the above-mentioned capital increase funds have been in place, and this round of capital increase has been completed.
