Brazilian Ministry Of Economy Announced Three Items Of Medical Products Temporarily Exempted From Import Tariff

On August 28, 2020, the Management Executive Committee (gecex) of the Foreign Trade Executive Agency (Camex) of the Ministry of economic affairs of Brazil (gecex) renewed its Announcement No. 75 (https://www.in.gov.br/en/web/dou / - / resolucao-gecex-n-75-de-25-de-agosto-de-2020 - * - 27464017), which exempt three products, including temperature monitoring camera, low-pressure silver water lamp and HEPA suction filter screen, from import tariff, and deleted two medical devices. In order to combat Wuhan pneumonia, including the Resolution No. 75, Brazil's Ministry of economy has temporarily exempted 550 products from import tariff since March 17, 2020.
