The people's Government of Jizhou district and Dalian Wanda Group signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement of Wanda urban complex and Wen brigade project, which means Wanda Plaza will soon be landing in Tianjin, Jizhou district.

According to the introduction, the project is located in the central group area of Xincheng company. It will build a multi-functional and efficient commercial complex integrating commercial plaza, office buildings, high-end residential buildings and The Inn Boutique. At the same time, it will also introduce a new generation of technology frontier industry, such as smart studios and e-sports, to boost the economic development of Jizhou district.

It is understood that Wanda Group stationed in Tianjin in November 2010, opened the first Wanda Plaza in Tianjin.

7 years later, Wanda Group landed in the second Wanda Plaza of Tianjin in the Binhai New Area.

Since 2018, Wanda Group has accelerated its layout in Tianjin, and signed 3 projects within one year, namely, Wan Tai Plaza, Dongli Wanda Plaza and Wuqing Wanda Plaza.

Among them, Wuqing Wanda Plaza is located in Fuyuan Road business headquarters base, with a total construction area of about 148 thousand. It is expected to start construction before the end of 2019.
