It is understood that online clothing Retail business has always been faced with a big problem: a large quantity of returns. Because before receiving the goods, consumers can not try them on. For sellers, the provision of free shipping and no refund fees (many sellers do so) means a large cost.

Fast developing Czech fashion Online retailers Zoota.g., using full channel sales to sell clothing, effectively reduce spanportation costs and return rates. Zoot, founded in 2007, is an online franchised rush sale. Latest fashion Retailers have grown rapidly over the past few years with the Try&Buy project.

Zoot has 25 chain stores in Czech, Slovakia and Romania. Consumers can order a red skirt and a pair of jeans on the Internet and choose Try&Buy distribution instead of door-to-door. These products will be sent to one of the chain stores - usually only for a day. Zoot has a dedicated delivery driver - shoppers can try them on in the physical store and keep only the products they like.

This distribution method is very popular with consumers, because distribution process is quicker than door-to-door delivery, easy to pick up goods, and enables consumers to feel the merchandise before buying. Shoppers can also try other clothing displayed in the fitting room. If the fancy style is on, Zoot will deliver the appropriate size of clothing to the store in a few hours.

The Try&Buy project also brings great benefits to Zoot. Sending products from the central warehouse to one of the 25 chain stores is cheaper than sending each order product to the consumer's home. Before the Try&Buy distribution method was launched, the return rate of all orders was as high as 50%. "In Prague, the cost of TryandBuy delivery is 10-15 cents, while the cost of delivery and return is 5 euros ($5.59)," said LadislavTrpak, founder of Zoot.

At the global electricity supplier summit held in Barcelona, Trpak referred to the future of fashion retailing. He said that the TryandBuy project greatly improved the conversion rate of orders. "When we started implementing TryandBuy in a certain area, we found that the order conversion rate in this area increased at least 2-4 times. Offline stores actually help to push the conversion rate online.

Nearly 70% of online orders are distributed through Try&Buy, and Trpak said Zoot intends to extend Try&Buy to other Eastern and Western European countries. Zoot even began to consider the cancellation of the "door-to-door" distribution method, to provide a better way of service: the company staff sent products to consumers' homes, and so on when consumers tried them on, then they took the products they did not need.

It is understood that Zoot sells more than 100000 garments of 250 brands, and every day is adding new limited time to rush to buy products. Zoot sales are expected to reach 35 million euros (US $3900) this year, an increase of 150% over last year.
