If this continues, our textile and garment industry is likely to continue to shrink.

Our city government and enterprises urgently need a rapid response system for textile and garment industry to respond quickly to the rapid changes in the domestic and international markets.

This system can provide customers with the right price, suitable quantity and high quality products at the right time. The key is to make full use of all kinds of resources and enhance the flexibility of production.

Therefore, the 93 society proposed in the CPPCC proposal that in the new era, textile and garment enterprises should make full use of the opportunity of China's entry into WTO, make full use of the quick response system mechanism, enable enterprises to increase the reaction speed to the market and narrow the gap with foreign markets.

Because the rapid reaction system involves many links, it can not be solved by an enterprise. This requires not only the guidance of national policies, but also the strong support of local governments and trade associations.
