As a public service document, memorabilia serves social management, and its classification methods are relatively diverse. What is easy to encounter in the argumentation examination is based on the different contents and nature of the records: it can be divided into comprehensive memorabilia and thematic memorabilia.

1、 Format

The format of memorabilia is relatively simple and fixed, consisting of title and subject.

1. Title. There are mainly four forms: composed of writing units, causes and types of writing. For example, The Chronicle of Chinese New Literature; It is composed of writing units and languages, such as the Chronicle of Events of the People's Government of ××; It is composed of subject matter and language, such as Memorabilia of Enterprise Reform; ④ It is composed of the writing unit, time and language type, such as the Chronicle of Events of XX Unit in March.

2. Main body. Its content is generally composed of time and event. The time is arranged in the order of year, month and day; Events refer to important work activities and major events.

2、 Writing method and requirements

The main body of the chronicle of events is usually written according to time, one thing a day, several things a day, one item for each thing.

However, it has the characteristics of historical data of content, summary of record and generalization of expression, so the specific writing requirements of the main part are:

Accurate. The time and time shall be written in the order of events. The event shall specify the event happened in XX place, or who organized it, what kind of activity it is, the main content and effect of the activity, etc.

2. To the point. It is not only a chronicle of events, as long as they are important, but also strive to be concise and clear. It is recorded in summary, without detailed description.
