With the development of ironing techniques in recent years, all kinds of wrinkle resistant and non iron products are emerging, and the problems encountered in sewing process will follow. Non iron cloth Some problems encountered during the sewing process are introduced to provide some solutions for sewing industry to solve the problem of sewing products.

At present, ironing cloth is available on the market, which has different raw material structure and texture, including non durable cotton and all woven fabrics made of artificial fibers.

The typical example of ironing cloth is to prevent wrinkle, because the artificial fiber used has good restorability and little water absorption: cotton cloth is made of synthetic resin to soak cotton yarn, so that it absorbs water to a minimum and does not extend or compress. Since ironing cloth has crease resistance, it is almost completely ironed after washing, and it absorbs only a small amount of water, so it can be dried quickly after washing. In addition, no ironing cloth can hardly adhere to any dust, so it can avoid wear and tear during washing and achieve the effectiveness of natural fiber cloth.

The ordinary round needles should be used for woven ironing cloth, while the weave knitted fabric should be stitched with small round needle needles to make the needle open the cotton yarn instead of breaking it. The joints between the collar and cuffs of the shirt should be especially neat. Therefore, a sharp needle must be used, though the machine needles often damage the cloth. In view of the limited shrinkage of ironing cloth, the non shrinking suture should be applied to make the joints neat and smooth without wrinkling. The artificial fibers can be sutured to suit the request, because the synthetic thread is easier to sew, so it is suitable for continuous fine thread sewing.

When sewing In parallel with the longitude direction of the cloth, the embedded thread will force the spinning to be in place or cause the joint to wrinkle. This is because every stitch will push the warp away, and the deviation produced by the accumulation of multiple needles will result in the compression of the body along the seam. As for the parallel dimensions of the seam and the cloth, it is usually less wrinkled, and according to experience, the wrinkle can be avoided completely. The finer the lines used, the longer the distance between the needles, the less wrinkling, and the most suitable line for 120/3-150/3.

In sewing process, the phenomenon that cloth can move up and down is often caused by dislocation. This is because the two layers of cloth produce friction and resist each other. On the other hand, the friction between the upper cloth and the presser foot forces the cloth to move faster. This phenomenon also causes wrinkles in joints. As long as the pressure of the foot is reduced as much as possible, and the use of fine teeth to send cloth teeth (conveyor), you can avoid feeding to produce wrinkles. The fundamental solution to this problem is to use a differential feeding or needle feeding mechanism to get the sewing machine.

No ironing cloth can be elastically deformed when sewing. It also causes wrinkles in the joints. This is because the needle plate or presser pin is too large for the pin holes or the grooves, so that when the needle is stabbed, the sewing material is too concave. The smaller the pin hole or the smaller the groove is, the better. The most difficult problem encountered in sewing non ironing cloth is that when the needle is sewn, the temperature is too high and the temperature does not reach the surface before it will form chromium oxide rapidly. The nickel layer will form oxide film when iron or steel is in it. During the sewing process, the oxide film will reduce the friction condition between the needle and the sewing material, so it will increase. Machine needle Get thermal stress. If the chromium plated needle is not effective enough, the coating on the surface of the machine needle can remove the residue.
