However, the quality of products is not optimistic. The unqualified items involve color fastness, pH value, fiber content, pilling, formaldehyde, dichloromethane, identification labels, etc.

Among them, 25 batches of products were resistant to sweat, rubbing, light fastness and other color fastness items, accounting for 30% of the total number of sampling products.

There are 8 batches of products whose pH value is unqualified, accounting for 0.09% of the total number of sampling products. The reason is that the dyeing process is not handled properly or the low-grade rinsing agent is used. 19 batches of fiber content (composition) is not qualified, accounting for 23% of the total number of sampling products; 11 batches of labels are not qualified, accounting for 13% of the total number of sampling products; 1 batches of pilling are not qualified.

Raw material

Quality is not good; there are 1 batches of formaldehyde content is not qualified; 2 batches of dichloromethane content is not qualified, this kind of situation mainly appears on wool and cashmere products, the main reason is that in order to highlight the characteristics of smooth and soft, enterprises in the raw materials and finished products over added additives or softeners.

The qualified rate of the sample inspection is low, and the shopping mall is right.

Textile and clothing

In view of this situation, the local industry and commerce departments will supervise the shopping malls to strengthen supervision and self-discipline, so as to urge the agents to check the ready-made garments.
