China North Vehicle Recalls 54 Major CRH380BL Emus Rectification

China Northern Locomotive and rolling stock industry group (China North Vehicle Group) announced on 11 th that it had recalled its 54 major CRH380BL models operating at Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.

Prior to that, the Changchun railway passenger car Limited by Share Ltd, a subsidiary of China north car group holdings, was partially unqualified for the CRH380BL EMU manufactured by Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. It was temporarily suspended by the Ministry of pport of the Ministry of railways.

It is known that there are 17 major CRH380BL trains in the current delivery plan for long passenger stock, which are not delivered to Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, and the contract amount is about 6 billion 700 million yuan.

Tan Xiaofeng, Minister of Propaganda Department of China North Vehicle Group, told reporters that in recent years, the CRH380BL EMU produced by China north car company's long passenger stock company has suffered many failures, such as thermal axis alarm, false alarm, automatic bow dropping and traction loss. Most of these failures are caused by sub suppliers' disqualification, so it is difficult to quickly investigate and effectively rectify the operation site.

To this end, Chang Ke stock company decided to take the initiative to carry out internal investigation quality problems, suspend the delivery of CRH380BL trains, and inform the Ministry of Railways about the matter.

The recall of the CRH380BL type EMU in China's North vehicle is in line with the highly responsible attitude towards railway operation safety order. It once again reported to the Ministry of railways that the Ministry of Railways agreed to recall all the CRH380BL type EMU of the production enterprises that had been put into operation on the basis of the suspension of the CRH380BL type EMU which had been suspended by the long passenger joint stock company.

Tan Xiaofeng disclosed that the motor vehicle fault was mostly caused by accessories.

Tan Xiaofeng said that China's north car decided to rectify the current inertia quality problem and improve the quality of sub suppliers' parts through the recall, providing China's high-speed rail with excellent quality and reliable performance of mobile equipment.
