In order to better promote the brand creation of children's shoes, enhance the market competitiveness and promote the healthy development of children's shoes industry, the China Leather Association has incorporated the brand of children's shoes into the recommended category of the top 2012 products in the year.

Recommendation work will follow the recommendation principle of leather label products, no registration, no charge, no lifelong system.

The recommendation is recommended by the trade associations at or above the county level. The Leather Association of China will select the list of the shortlisted enterprises and conduct on-site assessment after screening according to the basic information. The cost of the recommendation and assessment period shall be borne by the China Leather Association, and the fees shall not be charged to the enterprises to maintain the recommended fairness. Once every three years, the recommendation is encouraged to encourage the competitive enterprises to have the upper and lower businesses, and do not engage in lifelong tenure.

The recommended work procedures are pparent and subject to social supervision.

The recommended enterprises should have their own brands and sell with their own brands and have a certain reputation in the domestic market. Among them, leather label children's shoes enterprises are recommended first.

In the past three years, enterprises with significant failures in business, taxation, safety, quality and environmental inspection have not been recommended by enterprises with significant losses in the past three years.

By the end of August 2011, the local association completed the work of recommending enterprises and submitted information before the end of August 2011, according to the "advice on the recommendation of the work of the Chinese child shoe top products in 2012". At the end of October, the China Leather Association completed the basic data analysis and determined the enterprises. In November, it began to carry out the field review on the entering enterprises; the overall evaluation and publicity were carried out in the 1-2 month of 2012; the results were issued to the society at the end of March 2012.
