The company has more than 200 of the world's most advanced injection molding machines, stereotypes flower machine and other equipment, but Huang Wenyuan believes that Hualian's core competitiveness is not the advanced equipment, but can independently develop mold, more than 100 technical personnel of the mold factory is the enterprise's "heart".

In the early 90s of last century, Hualian purchased the knack of "two times processing and molding" from Taiwan manufacturers with HK $500 thousand. Technical personnel further improved foreign moulds and changed them into two molding products. The yield increased from 70% to 100%, the production cost was greatly reduced and the market share increased rapidly.

With the development of the domestic market, Hualian has doubled its production scale, and has successfully expanded to electroplating, metal fasteners and metal zippers in recent years.


Huang Wenyuan said that although Hualian has become a leading industry in China, its products are sold to more than 60 countries and regions, but there is still a gap between technology and brand.

However, with the continuous improvement of R & D capability, some products of Hualian are now comparable to the world-class brands, and are used for some high-end clothing and footwear in Europe and the United States. He hopes that Hualian will further enter the international top brand apparel accessories market.


What is unexpected is that the global financial crisis has brought opportunities for Hualian to directly and comprehensively enter the high-end market of international accessories.

Because of the decline in purchasing power, some European and American dealers have begun to look for Hualian to purchase cost-effective products.


If the added value of "made in China" is too low, once the fluctuation of export market will endanger survival, improve the quality of "made in China" and increase the added value of exports, it is the key for Chinese enterprises to cope with the global economic crisis.
