The awards ceremony was held in Dalian World Expo Plaza.
The leaders of the Liaoning provincial economic and Information Commission, Dalian Clothing Fair, Liaoning Textile Industry Association, Liaoning Garment Association, Jilin clothing association, Heilongjiang Art Design Association, and commercial and Commercial Holdings Limited attended the ceremony, and presented the award to the winning team.

One avenue
The cup northeast three fashion buyer contest is jointly sponsored by Liaoning clothing association, Jilin clothing association and Heilongjiang Art Design Association. It is hosted by the Liaoning garment designers association, and the famous industry and business competitions of northeast three provinces clothing colleges and universities are named after the people and Commercial Holdings Limited.
The purpose of this competition is to excavate and cultivate fashion buyers in clothing industry, guide the employment direction of garment majors, arouse the attention of the industry to professional buyers of clothing buyers and buy mobile phone system, so as to promote the innovation and development of clothing industry in Northeast China.
This competition takes institutions as the unit, and the activity procedures are the campus selection, the centralized training and the group competition. The venue is located in the shopping area of one avenue in Shenyang.

A total of 27 clothing institutions participated in the audition, 21 teams and 105 athletes were finalists.
