Argentina'S Clothing Industry Rose The Biggest

According to the "Buenos Aires Herald" reported on July 16th, Argentina National Bureau of Statistics recently released data show that clothing, food and leisure products prices rose, a June inflation rate increased by 0.7%.

The largest increase in the industry was clothing and leisure products, an increase of 1.2%; the beverage industry overall rose 1.1%, of which alcoholic beverages rose 1.7%; food prices increased by 0.8%, sugar, honey, confectionery and cocoa products increased the largest, up 1.6%.


Meanwhile, local economists believe that the actual inflation rate in Argentina should be 1.3-1.9% in June.
