On the 24~25 day of June, the fifth 2010 International Conference on luxury goods was held in Macao.

The elite of the more than 300 luxury brands, high-end media, first class retailers and so on, such as the top group, Xiali Hao group, SWAROVSKI, royal guard, and so on, gathered in Macao to discuss in depth the topics of training, planning and storage of luxury goods, market access, luxury e-business and other topics in the emerging market, and jointly take the pulse of the future development of luxury goods in China.

In the field of luxury consumption, China's consumption power has reached the top of the world. Especially under the influence of the world financial turmoil in 2009, the world luxury industry has been impacted, and the Chinese market has been able to stand alone in the storm. With its steady economic growth and huge wealth accumulation, it has become the driving force of the world's luxury industry, especially in China's two or three tier cities, which is pregnant with vast market potential.

However, while the luxury industry is developing vigorously, the problem of talent recruitment is also becoming increasingly prominent. In particular, luxury brand planning, chain operations, visual merchandising and other important posts often face millions of yuan annual salaries.

As the only professional human resources recruitment service provider invited by this summit, CREE International President Gao Yong was invited to attend the roundtable forum and discussed the recruitment and allocation of luxury marketing talents for the two or three tier cities in China. It was also a heated discussion with Allison Pyrah, vice president of SWAROVSKI's operations, Ms. Radha Chadha, managing director of Chadha strategic consulting, Proximity Angelito's executive partner, Mr. Angelito Tan, and guests on the spot.

Gao Yong pointed out: at present, the talent of China's first tier cities is already a contending for Chinese and foreign luxury enterprises. At the same time, for employees, the competition pressure is relatively large, and for employers and employees, the cost is relatively high.

However, the emerging business circles in the two or three tier cities are rising, and the purchasing power of the surrounding consumers can not be underestimated, but the outstanding personnel are relatively scarce.

In addition to selecting effective recruitment channels such as headhunters, attracting talents directly from the first tier cities, trying to recruit senior professionals from other industries, recruiting talented management trainees from China's top universities, and by providing better training for overseas employees in two or three tier cities to enhance staff stability are worth trying.

After the meeting, Mr. Gao Yong and CREE international senior management consultant, Ms. Zhou Xueping, had a warm exchange with the participants.

As China's largest recruitment consulting firm and Asia's leading provider of overall solutions, CREE International's professional recruitment advantages, brand influence and experience sharing have been widely recognized by many participants.
